The service includes both free and premium features powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms.

3. AI Technology and Advanced Analytics

Our Service utilizes sophisticated AI technology including GPT-4o, machine learning algorithms, and advanced behavioral analytics to provide personalized insights, coaching, and biometric-behavioral correlations. By using our Service, you acknowledge and consent to:

• AI analysis of your input data to generate personalized content and coaching
• Processing of behavioral patterns, sleep data, and circadian rhythm information
• Biometric-behavioral correlation analytics for personalized optimization
• Endocrine synchronization intelligence for cycle-aware coaching (if enabled)
• Advanced predictive behavioral modeling and breakthrough probability calculations
• Neuroplasticity enhancement protocols with deliberate practice algorithms
• Multi-domain progress analytics across 8 behavioral categories
• Customized behavioral intelligence with continuous learning algorithms
• Automated generation of insights, affirmations, and coaching messages

4. User Accounts and Data

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You consent to our collection and processing of personal data including but not limited to assessment responses, boundary preferences, usage patterns, and interaction data for service personalization.

5. Premium Services and Billing

Premium features ("Calm Club") are available for $9.97/month through subscription. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Premium subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI systems generate personalized content including insights, affirmations, and coaching messages. While designed to be helpful and supportive, AI-generated content:

• Is not professional medical, therapeutic, or counseling advice
• Should not replace consultation with qualified professionals
• May not be suitable for all individuals or situations
• Is generated based on patterns and may not always be contextually appropriate

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its systems, or AI models
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its AI functionality
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or manipulate our AI algorithms

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, AI algorithms, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated content remains our intellectual property, though you retain rights to your input data.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

11. AI Technology Limitations

You acknowledge that AI technology has inherent limitations including but not limited to:

• Potential for inaccurate or inappropriate responses
• Inability to understand complex emotional or psychological contexts
• Possibility of biased or inconsistent outputs
• Dependence on quality and accuracy of input data

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to damages related to AI-generated content or decisions made based on such content.

13. Refund Policy

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. No refunds are provided for partial months. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
